Tip two is drink plenty of water,as water is the most healthy drink for you so drink in between,before and after your exercise,knowing that the water you drink has no calories and it will give you energy.Your body is made up of a large portion of water,so drinking it daily will provide greater health and it has been medically proven to be a plus factor in losing weight.You can attach a small bottle to sip on around your waist,or belt loop by buying or making a pouch to carry it in.
Tip 3 is walk with a spouse,friend,or someone you enjoy company with because walking is not to be dull,but rather fun therefore it will be even more exciting with your mate or friends.This will not only make the time fly by,but there is safety in numbers should a problem arise,as two heads are much better than one in thinking of a solution.And here is what I've discovered also,that this is a wonderful time to discuss plans and ideas with friends or someone you trust and respect as they may give you even better ideas you didn't have before.
Tip 4 is walking and enjoying the scenery,by looking at beautiful flowers,smell the delicious aroma and see if this doesn't give you ideas for your own flower garden.Some of the great benefits of walking is see,learn,do by not trying to reinvent the wheel but instead improve upon it to the point that you have a better wheel worth a whole lot more money.
Watch the garden being planted,and watch them sprout as in fact you can watch the garden mature as you walk each day and you can even play a game of guessing what will grow up the quickest.Enjoy saying hello to your neighbors and keep on walking,and watch the grass being mowed by them as you have fun getting more healthy.
Tip 5 are positive thoughts can help you win,because a good positive attitude is very important as you can get on the scales once a week to weigh yourself and keep a record each week to remind self of the progress you're making. Tip 6 is really important even if it's the last one on my list for now,but you need to make or buy a pouch to fit on your belt or go around your waist and buy the most powerful,freshest can of pepper spray you can order.Make sure it fits snug but firm in your pouch,and practice using it until you become the fastest sprayer in the west,or at least in your home town for here's the reason why.Out walking you'll meet lots of dogs and a few of them may try to bite so this is your protection of safety,your weapon of defense if you please,so learn to use it very quickly and well,and keep fresh.
